The staff was kind

Sheets full of hair and stained topper, we asked to change them and ants on the bed. There was a wall in front of the window. We were lucky not to get a room on the street because there were some not-so-nice places playing music until late at night, but everything could be heard from the adjacent rooms. Shower that ended directly on the toilet. There was no elevator, you had to climb the stairs either barefoot or with slippers provided by them and used by everyone, which I refused to do. The place is in a dirty alley full of all kinds of waste. Our flight was canceled and, although Booking intervened, we were not refunded for the night we didn't use, and when we arrived at the reception (the day after our reservation), we were told they would check the room to see if it was ready (which should have been done the day before, as it was already paid for). I do not feel like recommending this hotel at all

Very well located, in a lane next to Phan Ngu Lao Street. Despite being in the busiest area, it is very quiet to sleep at night. There is a 7-11 just outside the lane, very convenient
