The noise between the rooms and the exterior doors can be heard very clearly. Additionally, I had made a reservation with breakfast included via booking and finally breakfast was not included, I had to add it.

In my opinion, it is unfair to charge for luggage storage (€2.50 per hour), moreover the lockers were not easy to unlock. Everything completely digitized, which on one hand made things easier (e.g. opening the room door) on the other hand, always interacting with an AI operator is not always easy, especially in case of difficulties. Every little extra service was charged, luggage storage, late check out... furthermore, we took a room with a kitchen, which was not functional for cooking as the dining table was small and the stove (although it was induction) was very slow. Moreover, we found dirty dishes upon arrival in our cupboard and some useful utensils were missing

The check-in went smoothly. The room is very good and centrally located in the city. The room had its own small and very pretty terrace.

The room was very dirty and moldy. I sent a request for a locker via the Booking chat to the hotel, to which the in-house AI concierge could not respond appropriately. Ultimately, I had to organize a locker myself with a private provider, as the few paid lockers of the hotel were all occupied. On the room's terrace, the water stood inches deep in the artificial grass.
