Too much waiting for breakfast, very poorly managed. In the end, you have to wait 1 hour every morning standing, so you end up not having it. No spa.

The location right by the Oculus and the World Trade Center. Ideal. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms (corner junior suite) with a breathtaking view. The hotel is definitely recommended. We booked two rooms for five guests, both of which were great. We will gladly come back and will definitely choose this accommodation again for our next stay in New York.

Very good reception. Beautiful and large room, clean and well-equipped, good bedding with especially a superb view of the city! It was perfect. Very well located hotel at the foot of the metro, ideal for getting around all of New York, facing the shopping center with many restaurants around. And only 15 minutes from the Brooklyn Bridge.
