1e kamer na het doen van een upgrade van een superior room : fruitvliegjes bij het koffieapparaat, 2e kamer die toen werd aangeboden was klein, 3e kamer was niet meer dan okay. Douche scherm lekte bij het douchen. Dus natte vloer, daar mijn handdoek op gegooid, maar er kwamen geen nieuwe handdoeken, ook niet na 2 maal vragen. Voor de volgende dag Tevens waarschuwing voor iedereen die denkt een lekker bad te hebben in d kamer: Nee dus, geen afsluitstop aanwezig, dus alleen douche mogelijk en wij waren niet de enige die daar een opmerking over maakte. Water bezuiniging???? Uiteindelijk is door een derde medewerker bij vertrek toegezegd wat geld terug geven, dat was de eerste medewerker die redelijk was en gewoon de waarheid vertelde en geen holle frases deed.
