The bathroom... the shower had a curtain that stuck to you... not to mention the outdated air conditioner... and there were cobwebs on the balcony

THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED DAILY AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY INATTENTIVE.
