They have to mention in website that for laundry washing 40 HKD and drying 40 HKY, because it's free in hotels i stayed

The room has good interior design. The bed is comfortable. Good sound proof between rooms. The chair next to the bed is comfortable. Our room was upgraded when we checked in and we didn’t ask for it.

Toilet tissue was not soft enough. The cafe was only selling one dish and mainly snacks and drinks. The restaurant was only open for breakfast buffet.
