Nothing at all.

Close to Ginza line metro and tourist attractions. The room size was decent and there were amenities in the hallway to take what you needed. It was very clean. The luggage storage service was very useful and the machine check-in was quick and easy.

The bed and pillows. They were very hard and made it difficult for me to sleep, but I understand it's a matter of preference.

Hotel located in a really great location, Asakusa area. It's easy to walk around the area, but it's also convenient for getting around to other neighborhoods without too many metro changes. The hotel was very comfortable, with a water and ice dispenser, washing machines. Even though the room was essential, I would say it was more spacious than the general average in Tokyo and very clean. I would definitely choose it again.
