Parking, I had to drive around for minutes to finally find nothing and a security agent Nico kindly offered to park me at the valet because there was no space. Upon my return, the employee was aware of the existing problem and charged an additional $30. Very unpleasant and no one told us that the key opened the doors or elevator, which would have been appreciated.
Inside the hotel, especially the rooms, were good, staff responsive, breakfast was the best.

There are so many homeless people, including drug addicts, which makes it uncomfortable.
