Dishonest staff! We book a room and ask for a quiet room months before, we are told 'we will do our best'. We are given room 411 so noisy that it is impossible to sleep before 3 am. It feels like being inside a nightclub. At the reception 1 we ask to change rooms but it is impossible, 2 we ask for a cancellation, it is possible but it will cost 48 dollars + 50 dollars deposit (basically the price of the night). We are graciously offered earplugs and after complaining we are offered 50 dollars as compensation. Later, we understand that we have to spend them in the casino... but in the end, having 2 daughters aged 18 and 20, it is impossible to spend them in this casino. We are told to spend them in 2 other dependent casinos and there it is impossible, even by giving the hotel card and room number, no one understands! On top of that, it smells bad in the hallways! This casino and its hotel are to be avoided at all costs! Dirty, dishonest, and impossible to sleep before 3 am in the room.
