The property is spacious with all amenities. The staff was really helpful. The location is good and is a few minutes walk from old town and few bus stops from puerta banus. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The check-in time could be a little earlier and there should be a possibility for luggage storage.

Nothing, although the only thing I can say as a negative is that the soundproofing is not the best due to the period windows. Still, it is a street with very little traffic

Location, nice lady at the reception, response to trouble with the safe and help in paying the parking fine in front of the hotel. Parking devices are faulty, menu only in Spanish.

After taking a shower, there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor, the lamp in the living room is hanging at a height of about 170 cm and therefore every time passing by the bed and table I hit my head on it. I was not the only one as it was already damaged. It is easy to shorten the cord and hang it at 200 cm. Other than that, okay.

Spacious, especially the bathroom. Nice bed. Location in the SoHo district is absolutely great! Checking in with a code is very convenient.

The sofa bed as a second bed was of moderate quality... but good enough for one night.
