The hotel was situated in the centre of the city, walking distance from the Duomo, main attractions and transport links. The staff were so lovely, they couldn’t do more for us. We had our baby with us and the room we booked was quite small for a cot so they upgraded us to a larger room to suit our needs. The room was exactly what we needed. We were attending for a friends wedding which was in the countryside and the hotel staff kindly found us a reliable lift to and from the venue, at unsociable hours. We were greeted every morning when leaving the hotel with a friendly wave and lots of good chat. The staff were unreal. The afternoon tea during lunch times which was free was a lovely way to get out of the heat during peak heat times. Would 100% recommend!
