No microwave, no ice unless you went to the front desk. Didn't like my view.

Some of the evening staff (we checked in around 11pm) and struggled with check-in as they tried to give us a double room. That was straightened out because i had a copy of my reservation that clearly stated king. There was a gentleman working the front desk that was quite rude to patrons who were asking about water.
All of the employees were super kind and helpful! The room was very nice and I loved the atmosphere of how new/modern while still having the older historic feel to it. I only wish I had more time in the room to enjoy besides sleeping xD it was very affordable for how nice it was and in the location it was in

Nothing really! One of the elevators wasn't working but that's no one's fault and was being worked on. Everything else was perfect

There was no refrigerator, microwave, or ice machine in or near the room . The elevators were pretty slow.
