The room was very cute and sleek and not as small as others in the hip hotel category. The lobby is bustling, and the food is great too. Check in was a breeze.

Very nice room, especially for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only things that would have been helpful is if the front desk explained the breakfast situation and where to get ice. Location of the hotel is also superb. Was able to walk to all the locations we wanted to hit in Toronto!

Perfect place to camp out in downtown TO, especially if travelling by train. Very cool little hotel.

Location is very convenient when exploring downtown Toronto and the hotel was clean. However, there was construction and movement outside of our room that added noise. Overall a very good stay!

The room was small. The air conditioner was jet engine quiet (on commenting on the noise we were told this applied to all rooms). The only advantage was when the air was working it blacked out all the city street noise from late-night parties to sirens.
