Hotel is busy upgrading which we were informed about 2 days after making the booking which was fine. It is run down. It needs a touch of class. The doors and frames in passages and on room cupboards are very old and tatty even with new paint. Curtains and carpets are just bearable. No friendly space in reception to facilitate coffee/alcohol free drinks and snacks. A coffee bar with a machine which could make proper coffee (filter/beans) would enhance the experience.
The beds are super comfy..lovely linen. The jamaat khana was a real plus. Staff was exceptional- so accommodating and always happy to ensure that our needs were met. In fact- I would also compliment certain staff who went above and beyond. The in room dining was also great..compliments to the chef for the delicious sticky wings . Absolute value for money. I love the No Alcohol policy. Will be back InshAllah

The noise at bfast because they hosted schools. It was crowded too.
