The room is spacious, very clean and the hotel is very nice and in a good and central location. There is a good cafe at the hotel and, if you decide to decline the room service, they offer you a 10 CAD voucher to spend at the cafe. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

The good location also comes with some street noise, especially because the hotel is located right next to a hospital. Additionally, the parking fee (40 CAD per day) is quite expensive. Finally, our room did not have any cutlery.

Rooms and furnishings are slowly showing their age. During the week, you receive (only) a voucher worth 30 Canadian Dollars per person for breakfast. Buffet only on Sundays. Due to the hospital's close proximity, you can hear a lot of ambulances.

The hotel is located right next to a hospital and a fire station, but where in a city do you not hear sirens.

A little outdated in the bathroom and kitchen. But nothing to detract from the overall experience. The hospital is very close, but you get used to the siren sounds.
