The staff was as friendly as they could be. My wife's 1st time out of Alabama. Every time we asked for directions, a place to eat, the staff was very helpful and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The beds were extremely hard and difficult to sleep for my wife.

The parking is not at the hotel and you have to pay separately for parking.

The rooms are not that good. We stayed for 3 nights but the Wifi was turned off in the room for the last 2 nights. We kept calling to fix it but nobody wanted to fix it. If we needed Wifi, we had to go near the lobby. Every time we used the toilet, we had to open the back and let the water refill 3 times before it could be flushed. A little far from the French Quarter, surrounded by One-way roads, so it's a little hard to get in and out. Overall, maybe we didn't have good experiences ourselves.
