I loved everything. Just for my taste, I would love if they had pizza. But I cannot complain at all.

The staff is accessible and helpful, the rooms are very pampering, very clean, very comfortable beds. Excellent location, near the lake and the night market. Highly recommend. We returned to the hotel for a second time because we loved it, they pampered us with a fruit bowl and a welcome home note on the bed. They thought of every detail, the main thing was for us to be good. The breakfast that was delicious on the 11th floor on the roof, fun to eat and watch all the views.

I liked everything. For those who want to stay in the Old Town, it's a perfect location. The staff is great; I give special attention to Miss Peoni, who made our stay in Hanoi an unforgettable moment. And I give this tip to the next guests: take the tours to Ha Long Bay and Nim Min with the hotel's recommendations (you will thank me for this suggestion)
