We had booked a 9-night stay, paying regularly online through Booking. As soon as we arrived, we were asked to pay 49 euros for the tourist tax for two people. Upon entering the apartment, the conditions were unacceptable: dirty oven and freezer (the latter completely full of ice and suspicious stains), kitchen hood full of streaks, dirty curtains, drawers with brown stains both in the bathroom and in the bedroom, broken table, and a line of ants outside. We immediately turned to the reception: the lady was kind and verbally sorry, but then she came out with the phrase 'tomorrow go to the beach and we will make the apartment new again.' I find it very serious and disrespectful to almost 'order' guests to leave to fix a cleaning that should have been done BEFORE our arrival. Not to mention the management of the tourist tax refund: I had to chase them and insist for 8 days with continuous reminders before getting my money back, clearly withheld by force. That same evening we had to cancel the reservation. Through Booking, we also requested a penalty refund, but the residence refused. Absolutely poor value for money. Not recommended for anyone wanting to spend a holiday in Olbia.

The condition of the mattress is bad. The sofa is bad. The water heater was noisy. The curtain was torn. Everything was worn out.
