The property is located in an old historic building with a lot of character. It looked nice before I discovered that my room was full of cockroaches. The staff was nice and helped me return some left behind things.

Cockroaches!! The room was full of cockroaches - big, small, in the bathroom, in the bedroom. It was awful. I left at the first opportunity and reported to the reception. No one came back to me. This is a safety concern and it is sad no one cares about it. I asked for a compensation for the nights I didn’t spend at the property and no one came back to me.

I was on the first floor right below the stairs and you could hear everything when people went upstairs. My room was also directly next tot he pool area, thankfully no one used the pool but one of the windows didnt fully lock which made me uneasy as a solo female traveler
