Excellent location. Walking distance to the Jewish Quarter and city center. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Beautifully designed hotel with cozy rooms.

Air conditioning could not be turned off. Our room was so cold that we caught a cold. According to reception, it cannot be turned off. The maximum temperature we could manually set was 22.7 degrees. Very disappointing that we booked the accommodation with airport transfer. It worked great on the way there, but on the way back, we had to pay 55 euros for the taxi. Upon arrival at the airport, I called the hotel and complained because I booked it including the transfer, and they said it was a Booking.com deal and they couldn't do anything about it. If we had known, we would have taken the bus. I find such things outrageous. After all, we booked with the transfer included to avoid such high taxi costs on top of everything.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff is polite and happy to help. We received towels from the hotel when we went to the baths. We had a room with a balcony, it was fun. The hotel is located in the Jewish Quarter, close to kosher and central restaurants. We will happily return.
