Old furniture, cleaning is only scheduled once a week. Staff not particularly prepared and friendly.
The staff was great. The girl at the front desk during our afternoon check-in had a stunning engagement ring and provided the sweetest customer service. She deserves a raise. The GM is also amazing. The walk to Bourbon St was nice. And the hotel is extremely clean.
