The room was in the interior of the building, on the first floor, with no windows (and quite dim), which is not how it is pictured. The musty smell in the room and hallway it was at an alarming level. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. We did not feel comfortable spending any time in it, other than sleep. We were not asked about our experience during check-out.

The elevator wasn’t in service - which was a big issue the staff did show us to the stairs and advised there is a service elevator
