The attitude of the staff and receptionists was poor, and the breakfast was bad.
The aesthetic was very trendy and modern all throughout the hotel. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early after our long flight. The hotel had two places to eat (Resturant/cafe) which is super convenient if you are too tired to explore. The bedroom was also a perfect side for two people and the bed was super comfortable. The location is pretty well places, especially if you plan to walk/ use public transport.

The only two slightly negative things I can think of are: The driveway was a bit difficult for taxis to enter and the Resturant was closed and booked out the days we wants to try it.
Superb establishment, very well located, with a lot of charm! My first time in KL and I wanted to arrive a little earlier to discover the city and the Hotel Kloe is really the perfect place!
