That the TV didn't work and that the minibar was an empty fridge. And that there wasn't a comfortable chair in the room.
The hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood, easy to walk to the more touristic areas or take the tram for 10 minutes. The staff was very welcoming. My room was optimised and bigger than I expected. The breakfast was really good with so many options. Very good value for money.

The only negative was that the sink was outside the toilet in the room. Which was a bit impractical, but totally okay. The towels were also a bit worn. Otherwise, absolutely perfect
