The staff guy and owner was super helpful, there is a small kitchen where you can prepare something.

The bathroom (although private) was outside the room, but we knew that. The environment is very humid and smells a bit of mold. The very kind owner gave us a dehumidifier since the air conditioner's one was not working, very kind... but the room still remained humid! The beds were springy, very old, and with a kind of plastic covering around the mattress that practically made you sweat all night.

The keypad never works on the dorm door. You're at the mercy of someone else to let you in. No hot water. Hit my head on the ceiling fan that was literally two feet above me on my bunk.
The location was very good. Only need one minute walking to the bus stop. 5 minutes walking to the beach. AC was good.

There was no hot water in the room most of the time. The floor was not clean.
