Old structure Dirty Animals in the kitchen both upon arrival and during our stay I even found one in the bed Cleaning is not daily and costs $50 but the structure was already dirty upon our arrival! Noisy air conditioner inserted in the wall with open cracks to the outside ... I chose it for the kitchen besides the location but I didn't use it due to the constant presence of animals

There were ants everywhere. It got in my daughter’s formula and her clothes. I complained several times and the most they did was spray the area. They didn’t comp anything or offer any extra services. Their excuse was that it was a “garden” hotel, but that shouldn’t mean ants are able to get in our items or our beds.
