Guest reviews

no pressure or flow in the bathroom, when booking I contacted the hotel which confirmed having parking for motorcycles. I went to this parking and got a ticket because it was forbidden for motorcycles. It is very rare to find motorcycle parking in Chicago in the Loop. It cost me a total of 300US$ for parking for 40 hours.

I appreciated that the hotel staff understood my parking issue and gave me a discount on the room rate
