Aircon not really working. Room remained very hot. No lift (difficult with heavy luggage )

Noisy rooms with old windows, one, which they then changed for us, had a generator engine in front of the window that felt like being on a plane taking off. Rooms quite old and need refreshing. Air conditioning does not work in all rooms
