We enjoyed our stay in a junior suite. The views were amazing as was the space. Wished the room service was more “clearly” explained and or a menu was available. Also a bit confusing that none of the dining options are actually “in” the hotel? Although re attached. Good news is that they were all excellent.

The room was quiet, the decor was top-notch mid-century modern, and we were steps away from everything. We weren't sure if we'd return to Seattle, but this room made us change our mind. We had such each access to everything while not feeling like we were in the middle of chaos. I can't wait to return. Also, the beds were VERY comfy and the staff was so accommodating.

Even though the nightly rate was a bit steep, my husband and I both commented it was worth every penny. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The location was central to restaurants and the Public Market.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the valet, who was ready to assist with our vehicle and luggage. The hotel's location is ideal, situated within convenient walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and always hesitant to assist or answer any questions. The check-in process was smooth, detailed, and informative. We appreciated that the front desk team took their time with us rather than rushing. We booked the "Emerald City Skyline Luxe" room facing the city. It was wonderful to watch the city's nightlife and everyone walking around. The room itself was amazing, comfortable, and relaxing, and it came well-stocked with a mini-bar. The shower was great, and the view deck offered incredible views. We especially enjoyed spending a perfect summer night in front of the fire pit. Additionally, the hotel is just steps away from Pike Place Market, which provides easy access to the waterfront walkway for more sightseeing. We have stayed at many hotels for travel, family vacations, and work, but this has been the most welcoming, convenient, and relaxing stay we have experienced so far.
