The room is very beautiful and cozy, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help, they allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the afternoon

Nothing. Since we arrived, the receptionist had a terrible vibe. The photos do not describe reality. Stained towels. Sheets with hairs. Dirt under the bed. Noise from neighboring rooms during rest hours. The breakfast was a shame, even though we left before breakfast time, the receptionist gave us a lunch box that was horrendous.
