It's really hard to say that I didn't like anything since my experience was quite pleasant.
The hostel is beautiful, in terms of design and architecture. The attention of the entire reception team is incredible! All the people who work there are polite, empathetic, and always with a dignified human warmth. The cleanliness is excellent. The kitchen is like being at home. 10 points

Everything clean and impeccable, super spacious and comfortable common areas, the service always very cool, friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better. I highly recommend it and would come back.
