For the price of the room, charging people additional for parking seemed excessive.

Beds were not comfortable, felt like they needed replacing
The location is right on the waterfront and in central Queenstown so very handy to everything. As it is on the waterfront it is flat so you dont have to walk up the hill at the end of the day like you do with lots of other hotels in Queenstown. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. The room was clean.

The shower curtain stuck onto your body in the shower. I've never experienced that before with showers that have curtains so it was a bit odd.
