Rooms are stinking and linens are not changed. We asked for a room change which they did and only with a room freshner. rooms are too compact. Lot of mosquitos in room
كانت تجربتنا في رويال بارك كوليكشن جميلة جدًا! الفندق نظيف واهتمامهم بالضيافة كان رائعًا. استمتعنا كثيرًا بفقرة الـ”Afternoon Tea”؛ البوفيه كان متكامل ومتنوع. الفطور كان مميزًا، حيث كان في طابقين: الطابق الأول مفتوح للجميع مع أكثر من 40 صنف، والطابق الآخر كان هادئًا ومناسبًا للبالغين مع خيارات فطور متنوعة. كانت القهوة والشاي دائمًا متوفرين في الغرفة، ما أضاف لمسة ضيافة مميزة. بشكل عام، مكان متكامل وخدمة رائعة الموقع كان مميزًا جدًا في قلب كوالالمبور، وقريب من جميع الأسواق في شارع العرب.

الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت أن المياه لم تكن ساخنة جدًا، بل كانت معتدلة. لكن بمجرد أن طلبنا منهم تعديل الحرارة، حاولوا إصلاح الأمر ولبوا طلبنا. أيضًا واجهنا مشكلة بسيطة في الحمام، ولكنهم استجابوا سريعًا وأصلحوها. هذه أمور بسيطة ولم تؤثر على جمال التجربة بشكل عام
말레이시안 직원들 너무 친절함. 보면 기분이 좋아짐.. 로케이션은 정말 좋음. 주변에 먹을것도 많고, 쇼핑몰 근접가깝고..굳이 우산이 없어도 조금만 맞아도 파빌리온 쇼핑몰 갈수있음.

물 배수구 잘 안빠짐.. 숙소에서 냄새남. 청결 바닥 제대로 안닦는거 같고.. 특히 조식레스토랑에 중국인스태프들 정말 불친절함. 근 4년을 이용했는데..이젠 이용하지 않을것 같음.

Les couettes donnaient trop chaud et si nous baissions la climatisation, il faisait trop froid dans la chambre. Un peu de poussière par endroits mais dans l'ensemble les chambres étaient propres.
