I waited three-quarters of an hour and three phone calls until they came to fix the air conditioner. In and out of the parking lot, even though I paid at the hotel, the traffic was not automatic as promised to me, and I had to call each time and ask to lift the barrier. I was late for meetings after waiting for them to deal with the matter.
