Muito barulho logo de manhã nos corredores porque as camareiras utilizam um walkie tokie para comunicarem com alguém da recepção para receberem instruções e isso queria um barulho muito incomodativo. Falta de persianas ou blackouts. Impossível bloquear a luz natural mal o sol nasce

We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and especially the old town. There was lots of restaurants to choose from. The train station was outside the hotel which was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The security door to our floor did not work twice. A member of staff changed our security number and it finally worked.

O quarto em que fiquei alojada era fantástico, bem decorado com uma grande varanda e vista para a cidade. Decoração e limpeza do hotel no geral são boas. Serviço de quarto e limpeza ótimos. Para quem vem de carro, a parceria com o parque de estacionamento é uma mais-valia. Com boa acessibilidade, por exemplo, entrada de metro à porta. Bons restaurantes por perto.

Insonorização do quarto no piso em que fiquei alojada. Já tive oportunidade de ficar alojada neste hotel e não notei tanto o ruído do exterior, uma vez que fiquei alojada num piso mais elevado. Alguns equipamentos começam a necessitar de manutenção/reparação.
