Минусы (Главное разочарование): Бронировал этот номер исключительно из-за наличия ванны. По факту в ванне не было воды! Работал только душ, который расположен напротив. Из-за отсутствия коврика вода после душа растекалась по полу, приходилось стелить маленькие полотенца. На ресепшене на жалобу отреагировали странно: мастер (или администратор) пришел, посмотрел, покачал головой и ушел. При выезде другая сотрудница с видом «ну это же очевидно» заявила, что нужно было просто «повернуть кран», хотя кран был повернут. Вывод: Если вы бронируете эти апартаменты ради ванны — не тратьте деньги. Отношение персонала к проблеме оставляет желать лучшего, создалось впечатление, что о неисправности знают, но решать не хотят.
