The location was quite good, but other facilities are poor. I requested a non-smoking room, but I got a very smelly room. I requested a change, but most of them are the same as the smoke smells in corridors. The room lighting is poor, cleanliness is not adequate. Breakfast is moderate to poor with few choices. Doesn't deserve the 4 stars.

I liked everything about this place. The location is great, within walking distance from a park. There are nice coffee shops and restaurants close by. The restaurants inside the hotel are very good as well. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The front desk is always ready to assist.
