The fact the the rooms had roaches and the cover was so filthy we didn't even sit on it. When we ask to get a refund we were denied. We didn't even stayed there. We left, the hotel is full with people that will break into your room so the worker told us to be sure we lock the dead bolt.

The entire property smells like cat pee . The pool is out of order . The lobby is full of mattresses and other debris . There’s roaches everywhere . All over the walls and throughout the hallways . The staff are rude . The mattresses are brown stained and disgusting .

Property was under construction, the halls smelled of wet carpet and smoke , the bed had burn marks on the covers and roaches in the room!!!

The property is clearly in a state of renovation, which was not the problem. When walking in it felt like the air had been left on 85 and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We arrived at 3 for a 3:00 pm check in and saw a sign that the desk staff would be back in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later after waiting in the sauna of the lonny with the lobby restrooms locked and unavailable we were able to check in, only to find ourselves in a room that was LITERALLY set to 85, no toilet paper, towels/wash clothes, and sheets and blankets of questionable cleanliness.
