We did not like that they charge to use the gym and they would not allow children under 16 to use the hotel swimming pool.

Chose the Grand Nikko Daiba for its proximity to the cruise port. We stayed in a standard twin room. The room was beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. Everything you would ever need was available. The staff were extremely helpful. Is one of the finest hotels I have stayed at. Don’t hesitate to stay there, you will be happy you did.!!
