Pool area (2 available). One already closed at 5:00 pm. The available one was very loud with music (Spring break atmosphere) and because one pool was closed, the one available was occupied by playing children. Relaxation was not possible, which is why we booked this hotel away from Las Vegas.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful; and I enjoyed swimming in the pools.

I was not satisfied with my room placement. I reserved a king room with a pool view, but was placed in a handicap room with a lake view and the sliding door in that room could not be locked. I ask the front desk if she could switch my room to a non-handicap room, which she did reluctantly, but it was a view of the parking lot. I also didn't like that the hotel is a 20-minute walk to The Village, where most of the restaurants are located, and that the hotel restaurants have a low rating. The property was dingy.
