The cleanliness of the room was dreadful and when brought to the attention of staff, their attitude was very unprofessional. I have already spoken to booking.com who said I would hear within 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours. Once I had told the staff that I had spoken to booking.com and would be leaving a negative review the manager of the property told me that they would then refuse a refund. Very unhappy and expect action and compensation in relation to this
