За такие деньги - норм. Постельное бельё чистое, есть тапочки и даже халат. Душевая кабинка норм, три полотенца (для лица, банное и на пол). Шампунь, гель для душа, зубная щётка. В номере есть чайник, чашки, чай + кофе "3 в 1", холодильник. В коридоре есть микроволновка. Персонал был на месте и в момент заселения, и весь день выезда. Без проблем помогли с распечаткой документов. Чемоданы после выписки можно оставить на хранение у администратора.

Странное архитектурное решение - мини-отель встроен в первый этаж жилого дома, где ранее явно находилось какое-то другое помещение. Окно одноместного номера, выходящее в холл, как минимум удивляет :)
