Very good location to explore the city center on foot, and with a metro station 5-10 minutes away to visit other neighborhoods. Area with bars and restaurants. Very nice detail that they gave us vouchers for a breakfast a la carte at the hotel.

Impossible to sleep well due to the noise. The area is extremely noisy in terms of traffic until the early hours, at least on weekends. And the hotel does not have adequate insulation, neither external - despite being on the 21st floor, all the noise reached us - nor internal as noises from the neighboring room's bed could also be heard. The mattress was not comfortable either.
Absence of a mini-fridge and safe in the room
The service and attentiveness of the staff were top-notch, everyone was very kind and helpful. The layout and facilities were exceptionally comfortable, making our trip to Boston an absolute delight.

The room was basic. Comfortable bed and good shower, but felt like a converted garage.
