The location of this hotel is excellent for a city trip. It is easily walkable from The Alameda Central terminus of the train from the airport. The beds were comfortable, the aircon quiet and effective. We had very little noise from traffic or other guests This was our second visit.

Location, very close to the center but free from its hustle and bustle. Excellent rooms and efficient staff.

It does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, only breakfasts. But the area has a wide range of options.

It is a good hotel in terms of comfort (the best are the beds and the spaciousness of the room) and cleanliness.

This year they have implemented something that I do not understand: despite making the reservation with 100% payment of the stay before arriving at the hotel, when you arrive they demand a credit card. Why? They have all my stay paid in advance plus my ID. What's next? Ask for DNA? Not even the reception staff knew how to explain why they ask for it. It is obvious that it is for more control. As if you were a criminal instead of a customer. For that reason, I do not plan to stay again.
