TV not working and no one speaks English at the hotel, i was promised that someone would fix the TV, but no one came during my whole stay. The Fan was very dirty, and the bathroom smelt

The room was much more run down and dated than the pictures shown. Bathrooms and floor were not the cleanest and overall a shabby interior. The shower cubicle did not seal at the floor so water leaks all over the floor when showering.
