Your reception named Candas has rejected to check me in referring to some ridiculous technical issues. I booked a room from 3 to 4 of Sept at 11 pm on the 3rd of Sept. For sure I arrived late at night (~3 am 4 of Sept) and the Candace just referred that she couldn’t check me in in the system as it was “technically impossible” and she insisted to make me another reservation for new dates though I just needed to sleep till morning of Sept/4. Moreover she told me she cancelled my booking though it was still confirmed in the system. I was driving all day long with my kid and paid for a room to sleep overnight rather than listening to somebody telling me some nonsense about their tech issues. The situation with this hotel looks like a scam - ridiculous.

Refrigerator not working, only one coffee pack , carpets not vacuumed, looked dingy and dated, no coffee at 6AM, terrible and limited breakfast, door to exterior near my room didn’t lock….i could go on
The room was smelly and carpet filthy. No soap in the bathroom. Had to wait in a long line just to purchase snacks due to the fact that the desk clerk was busy talking to everyone and telling people what to do. I felt like I was in the security line at the airport. Will not return to this establishment. It needs to be condemned.
It was awful. Booked because it had a pool. Could not get in as it was so dirty as the rest of the property. 1 towel for 3 people, beds were barely bigger than a twin, sheets were so bad I went to store and bought my own. Twin fit what the called double. Wifi was non-existent. I would like to see about a refund
