The service at breakfast was poor and they did not understand our orders. I usually drink tea at the beginning and the person with me liked tea at the end, even asking for a break between one tea and another, they kept bringing both together until the last day! They either brought both at the beginning or both at the end. Also, I asked for a ham and cheese toastie and they brought a huge bread with a slice that looked like a cheese and ham paper. It was quite unpleasant compared to other breakfast services I have had, for example, at the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro. Suggestion: include in your menu the Croque-monsieur served at the Copacabana Palace, it will be a great success! Call and ask for the recipe, make this dish a standard in the Belmond chain and it will be successful worldwide.

Too much noise at the pool, lots of children. The fact that excursions and the spa were fully booked or unavailable when we wanted to sign up.
The bed is very comfortable and it's such a luxurious hotel.
