We have stayed at many Four seasons including Maui, Hawaii and Fort Lauderdale during peak season and absolutely love the Four Seasons. Not the first time staying at a 5 star resort and know the experience and what to expect. However, at the Four Seasons Bahamas the restaurant/ bar staff need to be trained better. Our first day there our room was not ready till 5 PM. Which is fine delays happen and we get that you are trying to accommodate late check outs. In fact we had to check with the reception desk whether the room is ready. Room was ultimately ready close to 6pm. We were starving and as we also had our two kids with us and needed some space to sit so we went to the Martini bar to enjoy a quick bite. As we sat down and asked for the menu, the waitress is like we dont serve food right now and only after 5pm. The time was 5:02. If the waitress is so quick to respond and basically tell us to buzz off then check the time first on her end. Well we got the menus and thought this was only first day hiccup and moved on. As the property is absolutely gorgeous. The next day for breakfast there was a wait when there were plenty of tables opened. Which is still fine happy to wait. After waiting 15 minutes, we asked the hostess if our table was ready because well plenty of them as I could see were opened. She is like no we will have to wait for the table to get the tables cleaned first and then I can seat you. Ok!! Eventually, our hostess seated us on absolutely wet chairs, it had rained last night and their staff didn’t even check the wet chairs for guests to sit on!!!!!The chairs are not visually wet, it’s those cane/weaved chairs that will make your clothes get wet the longer you sit on it and you don’t feel that they are wet when you sit on it. Both my husband and my shorts were absolutely wet. I made a mental note now that each time to sit on the chairs to make sure it feels completely dry! That night it was Tuesday and so I made reservations through your concierge on the chat service at the Italian restaurant for 8pm! This restaurant is only open on Monday and Tuesday. When we arrived at 8, the hostess was like “we don’t have any reservations under your name and I have 14 guests coming in so won’t be able to accommodate.” When I showed her the chat conversation between myself And Voniya (concierge) she decided to investigate and then she accommodated us. So like if I had not shown the proof we would have been kicked out. The miscommunication was just appalling. If this was 3 tier hotel I don’t expect that much. Whatever I move on. But, when you are spending $15k for Four Seasons there should be a level of professionalism that I do expect. The first instinct of the staff is to say “No” or “we are so busy” and no smile anywhere. Oh my god it’s like basic human acknowledgment. The property is however absolutely beautiful and the ocean.

We just got back from Four Seasons Bahamas and it was fantastic. The service is what really stood out - every staff member was attentive, warm, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Our butler Tony was exceptional - professional, proactive, and amazing at anticipating everything we needed. The spa was also a highlight, super relaxing and top-notch. The property is beautiful, rooms were spotless, and everything ran smoothly. If you want true luxury with great hospitality, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back.

It is a worsest experience we had at vacation. Dirty rooms, cleaning terrible, service as a 1 star hotel, not a friendly staff. Never will come again and even never will recommend to anybody!

Just returned from spending 5 nights at the Ocean Club with my wife, son and granddaughter. It was a 5+ experience in every respect. The food was excellent. The room was fabulous with a great view. The grounds, pools and beach were great. BUT it was the staff that amazed us the most. Friendly. Courteous. Helpful. Efficient. Kudos to Cindy at the morning coffee bar, Mary and the rest of the staff. We will be back!

Great Spring Break trip! We traveled with our two 6yr olds and had a wonderful time here. From the moment they greeted us, it was a fantastic experience. Did the Rose Island boat trip the 2nd day, that was incredible. Otherwise we stayed on campus and experienced everything Ocean Club had to offer. Had a sub par dinner at Dune (60mins to receive entrees), but went back a second time and it was 1000% better. Ocean Blu restaurant was fantastic, great vibe there, great drinks too! NOTE--> use the butler service if you can, Travis was incredible and made our trip over the top awesome. From giving the kids golf cart rides, to setting up my wife's bday balloons/champagne in our room - he went above and beyond.

I recently stayed at The Ocean Club, Four Seasons, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience — a true five-star property in every sense. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member was beyond welcoming, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made me feel valued throughout my stay. The grounds are breathtaking — lush, immaculately maintained, and expansive, offering a serene and luxurious environment at every turn. The service is consistently fast, accurate, and delivered with kindness, creating an effortless and enjoyable experience. The rooms are a masterpiece of comfort and convenience. They are spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and stocked with every amenity you could imagine. The attention to detail ensures both relaxation and luxury, making every moment in the room feel special. The value here is remarkable. Every aspect of the property, service, and experience more than justifies the price, making this stay an investment in pure comfort and indulgence. Pro tip: The rum punch welcome drink is an absolute must — a perfect way to start your stay in paradise! If you’re seeking a flawless five-star experience in the Bahamas, The Ocean Club, Four Seasons is absolutely unmatched. I cannot recommend it highly enough — it exceeded every expectation.

The spa at this property is unique in that it has little to no facilities for relaxation pre or post treatment. My massage was technically very good but not exceptional in any way. I was disappointed with the treatment villa. It was badly in need of maintenance or a full remodel. The changing area was tiny with no place to sit, fixtures like toilet paper holder were broken, shower fixtures seemed broken and I was unable to get hot water ( I gave up) I was surprised at the lack of attention to detail. When I went to settle the fee, the system was down leading to some angst among the staff. Overall, I enjoyed seeing the property and Cloisters but when I visit again I will try another location with modern and more comprehensive facilities.
