Old building from the 70s/needs renovation/rooms are only average/cold/air conditioning in the bar area and breakfast room is chilly/free parking spaces around the hotel are available but quickly taken, otherwise €40 per night parking fee
I arrived before the guaranteed check-in time and was informed that the room assigned to me was not ready yet, but I was offered another (comparable) room on the 23rd floor. That is good service for me!

Power outlets without electricity and no instructions for the TV set (remote control). As a result, I was unable to turn on any TV channels.
The rooms are clean but the bathroom leaves something to be desired, mold in the silicone joints and a lot of limescale visible

The check-in staff was friendly at first, but when I wanted to sit outside in the lounge an hour later and pointed out the dirt and old glasses, the friendliness turned into being offended and saying, 'That's not my job but that of my colleagues!' Especially since the response was given while chewing gum!
