Excellent location to all areas of downtown with easy walking distance access to metro rail for airport or ferry. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast at associated French restaurant Alouette.

The cost of the accommodation was jacked-up even well after the FIFA event. The rates are normally much lower.

We booked a 38m2 king room (according to booking.com) but ended up in the smallest room available. We were offered a bigger room which was a queen suite and ultimately a downgrade, and nothing to make up for it. Also they missed our room during turndown service on both days.
An amazing extra is the restaurant Alouette connected to the hotel. Here we had delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had a room with a sitting area, which was very pleasant. The beds were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and service-oriented.
