The hosts are very unfriendly, the amenities of the minibar were warm, lack of information about the closure of the Cocoa restaurant, we had chosen it for the beach view, in the end we were attended at the hacienda where the waiter made our experience very pleasant. We didn't have robes or slippers in the room, we didn't report or request them, we went for an anniversary hoping for some courtesy amenity but it was not the case

Traveled as a family with a 3-year-old and stayed for 2 weeks, using the black (highest grade) wristband. If we could, we would have rated this as a 4.5 out of 5. 4/5 felt unfair, so we went with a 5!

Although I paid for the Sens believing it to be complete with everything, I liked the Balinese bed on the adults-only side on the beach in front of the sea, I paid for the daily rate to use this bed, but it was wonderful to spend the day at the beach in this comfortable place with exclusive service

First, I was extremely irritated with the approach to sell hotel network usage package! Upon arrival, they offered us a special breakfast, massage, and we found out the next day that everything was to sell tourism products. We had breakfast (said to be 'special') with a sales employee along with my family, who took a good part of our time, presenting the hotel usage product for sale. Out of politeness, we endured until I was direct and managed to free ourselves from the insistence after losing part of our morning. Totally inconvenient! We noticed that the hotel does not seem to be 5 stars, we paid for the Sens to have more tranquility, however, the only advantage is being able to reserve special restaurants. The lower side with much cheaper daily rates uses the complete structure and ends up causing quite a commotion for those who pay for a quieter and more exclusive stay! Crowded pools, poorly maintained bathrooms!

We would especially like to recognize Gerardo Durán, the Front Office Manager, who completely turned our experience around. We arrived with several issues related to our reservation, but thanks to his professionalism, dedication, and genuine care, he resolved every single problem. He was always approachable, kind, and sincerely concerned about making sure we enjoyed our stay. Because of him, what started as a stressful situation became one of the best vacations we've had. We would also like to give special thanks to Keyla Rosales, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her warm attitude made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. As for the hotel itself, we absolutely loved it. It is a beautiful, well-equipped resort with excellent facilities, great food, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Although it is not a huge resort, we actually found that to be a major advantage. Everything is conveniently located, and it never felt overcrowded. We also had no trouble making restaurant reservations, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and created wonderful memories at Grand Sens Cancún. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, great amenities, and a team of people who truly care about their guests.
