There's nothing to worry about. Considering the price and location, it's perfect.

The location is great, close to the station, and there's a convenience store just around the corner. Having your own locker is very convenient.

It would be much more convenient if there were other places to wash hands besides the toilet. Each floor only has one toilet, so if you just want to wash your hands, you have to go outside and down to the basement. It's quite inconvenient in winter. The mattress makes noise with every move, not suitable for light sleepers.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and spacious with enough space for your luggage. Additionally, the location is excellent! There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities around the accommodation. The transportation options around the guesthouse are also very convenient!

There was a specific smell on the street near the guesthouse, but I couldn't smell it from the inside, so it was tolerable.
